Delete your account and data

App: StepUp Restaurant OS — by ASN Starchem Pvt Ltd

You can permanently delete your account at any time, from the Android app or the website.

Option 1 — delete it yourself (instant)

• Sign in in the app or at restro.stepup-online.in.
• Open Settings from the menu.
• Scroll to Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Option 2 — ask us

Email support@stepup-online.in from your sign-in email with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete the request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login, name, email and profile.
• If you own a restaurant: the restaurant, tables, menu, photos, orders, kitchen tickets, payment records, guest list and coupons.
• Your staff access to any other restaurant.

What we keep, and for how long

Orders you served at a restaurant you do not own stay with that restaurant, without your name. Backups are purged within 30 days. Invoices we must keep under Indian tax law are kept only as long as the law requires.
